Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy Plans change! Please provide as much notice as possible when cancelling or rescheduling. More than 24 hours before your lesson: No fee. Prepaid lessons may be rescheduled or refunded. 12–24 hours before your lesson: A 10% late cancellation fee applies. The remaining prepaid balance may be rescheduled or refunded. Less than 12 hours before your lesson: 100% of the session fee is due. No-show: 100% of the session fee is due. Illnesses and emergencies happen, and fees may be waived or adjusted by Iris Z Vocal Studio on a case-by-case basis. If Iris Z Vocal Studio needs to cancel your lesson, you will never be charged for a lesson you did not receive. Prepaid lessons may be rescheduled or refunded. Paid-in-full lesson credits never expire.
