Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy Consultation Lessons Consultation calls/demo lessons are free and may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Regular Lessons (All Services) A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule any lesson. In-Person Lessons: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full lesson rate. No-Shows: All no-shows will be charged the full lesson rate. Instructor Flexibility If I need to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours, your next lesson will be discounted, arranged privately. Late Arrivals Lessons will end at the scheduled time regardless of late arrival. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the session may be considered a no-show.
